This residential retreat will offer 6 couples support and time to reclaim closeness, renew love, and reconnect to a mutual purpose. During this 9 week online course you will spend 2 hours per week with a group (14 maximum) learning skills and accessing tools that support full-bodied change. The course offers an experience of how needs live in the body as qualities of life and will take a somatic approach to NVC. It will support you to move beneath ideas of right or wrong into a place where needs exist in fullness, rather than in lack. You will explore how all sensations and feelings serve as a vital guide, leading to what really matters. Each session will be interactive, have a focused topic and include group work and individual reflection time. The course covers the cost of a workbook - 'Know Thyself' written by UK trainer, Richard Broadbent.

THE BREATHING BODY (SOMA): One day workshop

SOMA breath is a powerful way to connect to your body and subconscious mind. It is a sequence of ancient pranayama breathwork techniques combined with euphoric brainwave music and guided inner sensing that unlocks your full human potential. This multisensory meditation experience awakens the full potential of your brain, improves circulation and purifies your blood, it will rebalance your nervous system, promote your body's natural healing ability, and above all else, make you feel amazing and full of energy. This workshop is facilitated by Rob and includes morning tea.
THE GIFT OF CONFLICT (NVC): Two day workshop

During this 2 day workshop you will learn how to navigate through conflict with more courage, hold on to what truly matters to you and speak more honestly. Facilitated by Anna and Rob, this workshop will challenge your perception of conflict and strengthen your relationships. Limited to 20 participants. Includes afternoon tea.

You will experience how the body constantly offers guidance and life serving wisdom through sensations and feelings. You will explore your purpose and what really matters to you, helping you access clearer direction in your life. Each session will be interactive, have a focused topic, and include group work and individual reflection time. The cost covers the workbook - 'Know Thyself' - written by UK trainer, Richard Broadbent. This course is created as a next step after the 'Body-Based' or 'Know Thyself' online courses or at least 6 days in a training with Anna.

JULY
THE GREAT PAUSE RETREAT: For women experiencing menopause

This retreat is for women who are experiencing any stage of menopause.The focus is on supporting the body, mind, and spirit to find creative and caring ways to be with this new stage of life. Sharing with other women makes the journey less lonely. Themes covered will be nutrition, physical changes, health issues, role in life and identity, sexuality and intimacy, societal pressures, creating supportive networks. The weekend will include movement, yoga, food preparation, nonviolent communication (NVC), sharing circles, meditation, humour and a whole lot of fun!

OCTOBER
6 DAY RETREAT: Yoga, Nonviolent Communication, Breathwork
GOLDEN BAY, AOTEAROA NZ

21st – 26th October

Over the 6 days of this retreat, we will offer a full foundation training in Nonviolent Communication. Woven into each day will be yoga practices structured to serve the daily components of the NVC learning and provide a resource to integrate and "land" the teachings. Live guitar music offered by Rob will accompany these movement explorations. Breathwork and meditation sessions will be shared daily to further anchor the teachings and support deep and nourishing periods of rest and integration.

KAITAWA MEN'S RETREAT

This residential retreat is for men who want to explore what it is to be a man in 2020. The invitation is to connect with your purpose, your relationship with self, alongside other men in a co-created environment. You will discover tools to erase self-limiting blocks that constrict life, supporting you to live with more joy and freedom. You will practice maintaining your centre when the winds of change are blowing strong, accessing courage to be fully authentic. Full catered (gluten free, vegan/vege and meat options).
