Body Based NVC: Listen to the wisdom of the body

During this 9 week online you will spend 2 hours per week with a group (16 maximum) learning and growing tools to support full-bodied change. The course offers an experience of how needs live in the body as qualities of life. It will support you to move beneath ideas of right or wrong into a place where needs exist in fullness, rather than in lack. You will explore how all sensations and feelings serve as a vital guide, leading to what really matters. Each session will have a theme and include group work and individual reflection time. The course covers the cost of a workbook - 'Know Thyself' written by Richard Broadbent.

OCTOBER
THE GIFT OF CONFLICT (NVC)

During this 2 day workshop you will learn how to navigate through conflict with more courage, hold on to what truly matters to you and speak more honestly. Facilitated by Anna and Rob, this workshop with challenge your perception of conflict and strengthen your relationships. Limited to 10 participants. Includes morning tea.

NOVEMBER
KAITAWA MEN'S RETREAT, KĀPITI NZ

This residential retreat is for men who want to explore what it is to be a man in 2020. The invitation is to connect with your purpose, your relationship with self, alongside other men in a co-created environment. You will discover tools to erase self-limiting blocks that constrict life, supporting you to live with more joy and freedom. You will practice maintaining your centre when the winds of change are blowing strong, accessing courage to be fully authentic. Facilitated by Rob ten Broeke and David McNatty. Alive in the Body, Alive in the Moment: Yoga, NVC, Breathwork Retreat

10th – 15th November

Over the 6 days of this retreat, we will offer a full foundation training in Nonviolent Communication. Woven into each day will be yoga practices structured to serve the daily components of the NVC learning and provide a resource to integrate and "land" the teachings. Live guitar music offered by Rob will accompany these movement explorations. Breathwork and meditation sessions will be shared daily to further anchor the teachings and support deep and nourishing periods of rest and integration. Co-facilitated with Katie Lane (Yoga Therapist/Teacher Trainer).

A 2 day workshop that will explore how to live and embody compassion in a real way. You will deepen your understanding and learn to embody the key principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
NVC is the language of connection. It's a learnable, practical way to bring empathy, honesty, strength and compassion into our personal and professional relationships. It can help build bridges of connection to individuals, couples, families, teams, organisations and communities.
The course covers the cost of a workbook - 'Know Thyself' written by Richard Broadbent (an International trainer based in London) .

'The Great Pause': For women experiencing menopause

Friday 23 July – Monday 26 July, 2021

This retreat is for women who are experiencing any stage of menopause.The focus is on supporting the body, mind, and spirit to find creative and caring ways to be with this new stage of life. Sharing with other women makes the journey less lonely. Themes covered will be nutrition, physical changes, health issues, role in life and identity, sexuality and intimacy, societal pressures, creating supportive networks. The weekend will include movement, yoga, food preparation, nonviolent communication (NVC), sharing circles, meditation, humour and a whole lot of fun!
