Natural NVC Workshop

This afternoon workshop will serve as an entry point to developing a more natural use of NVC, one that is connective rather than one that polarises people.The focus will be on that Integration of the principles of NVC, and expressing honestly and naturally. A 6 week online course will follow this workshop to support the integration and shift from head to heart. Prerequisite: Foundation Training.

Yoga and Nonviolent Communication Weekend Workshop

Venue: Space Yoga Studio, Wellington
Cost: $265 I $455 (couples)

This weekend workshop will include sessions in both Nonviolent Communication and Yoga (with expert Yoga teacher, Katie Lane). You will learn the 4 step model of NVC and focus on the development of empathy/listening skills. Yoga sessions will provide a resource to integrate and 'land' the teachings. Limited to 18 participants. Last year, this workshop sold out with a waiting list!!

This residential retreat is for people who want to deeply reconnect with their soul in a creative way and explore new ways of expressing and relating more honestly. Keep the Peace - NZ (choreographic project)

Calling ALL people (all ages, all ethnicities, all bodies) who wish to be part of a large scale choreographic project that will be performed in Wellington, NZ. No experience needed, just a passion for peace and a beating heart. This project is in memory of the Conscientious Objectors during war, their families, and all those who have the courage to say 'yes' to peace. I have been chewing on this project for over 8 years, and now I want to act and need your support! I am hoping for 100 people to make an impact. More would be a bonus. THE ESSENCE OF COMPASSION

Take time to slow down and drop into a true compassion while being nurtured by the beautiful landscape of northeast Bali. With time for the body and mind to unwind from the daily stresses in life, and rest fully, healing and spiritual growth can unfold. The focus is on the spirituality of NVC, Dyad meditation, with movement and music to support integration.The program is suitable for all levels of experience and includes plenty of space to relax with only space available for 21 participants.
